Technology Introduction

Epoxy Resin

Brifoxy method

An asphalt concrete (Ascon) adhesion method for bridge decks using silica sand and epoxy resin

A specially processed epoxy resin is applied to the bridge deck surface to form a waterproof and anti-corrosion layer

Silica Sand Broadcasting   ▶  Formation of Anti-Slip Layer (Interlocking Effect)     Asphalt Concrete (Ascon) Adhesion

The characteristics of epoxy resin (such as chemical resistance, saltwater resistance, and water tightness) form an anti-corrosion layer, enhancing the durability of the bridge deck

✔  Using modified epoxy resin with excellent physical and chemical properties and silica sand with superior friction characteristics to prevent shoving and displacement of the pavement layer

Forming a base layer that simultaneously satisfies strong adhesion and friction, followed by Asphalt Concrete (Ascon) paving on top
