01 Grouting

A method in which modified asphalt is created by adding SBS, natural rubber, silica, and oil to provide flexibility according to temperature changes. This asphalt is then used to fill cracked areas on the road, and infrared heating equipment is utilized to maximize adhesion and optimize thermal efficiency

Improves visibility and traffic safety by enhancing illumination and high gloss inside the structure

✔  Unlike tile installation, it eliminates the risk of detachment-related accidents and reduces construction waste compared to tile application.

Classified as Flame Retardant Grade 2, providing excellent fire suppression and enhanced safety

✔  Exhibits excellent chemical resistance and coating flexibility, ensuring high durability

✔ Composed primarily of ceramic, an inorganic material, making it environmentally friendly

✔  Prevents concrete contamination and enhances structural durability, providing semi-permanent protection

✔  Contains no harmful gases (VOCs), ensuring excellent workability and a safer application process

The material prevents the emission of organic compounds, ensuring a safer and environmentally friendly application

02 Lone-Joint

A method that involves filling the joint between the main concrete pavement and the road shoulder with elastic sealant to prevent ground settlement caused by rainwater, block vegetation growth that could degrade the road’s appearance, and enhance driver safety.

The addition of special polymer-modified asphalt provides excellent heat resistance and rutting resistance

✔  Heating temperature ranges from 190℃ to 210℃, eliminating the need for excessively high heating

Low viscosity due to the inclusion of new rubber, making injection easy

✔  High elastic recovery and excellent adhesion

✔  Maintains elasticity and flexibility during winter, preventing sealant layer failure in response to pavement movement

03 Guardrail filling

A method for removing and preventing weed growth in the gaps around the posts of median barriers installed on roadways using a high-pressure water jet for cleaning, followed by the application of a weed growth inhibitor (saltwater solution made from pure sun-dried salt) to prevent regrowth in perforated pavement and post base areas

Uses a weed growth inhibitor with no chemical additives, making it harmless to humans and the environment

✔  Application of the weed growth inhibitor completely removes weeds down to the roots and prevents regrowth

Removing weeds and foreign substances significantly improves the adhesion of sealing materials in the gaps
